Eugene Delacroix is a famous French romantic artist whose most famous work was the Liberty Leading the People. He is still regarded as the figurehead of the French Romantic school of art, and achieved a similar success of British artists reasonably similar, such as JMW Turner and John Constable. This article stresses the importance of Delacroix’s art through the centuries and why so many art fans still love to buy many reproductions of Delacroix’s art and prints the work of this famous French Romantic artist.
